DALNET Libraries Participating in New Collaborative Virtual Reference Service

Three DALNET libraries, Oakland Community College, Macomb Community College and Wayne County Community College District are participating in a new virtual reference service, Research Help Now. The service is provided by a collaborative of 17 Michigan Community Collges. These community colleges share responsibilities for staffing and managing the virtual reference service and to cover the costs of the software and technical resources. Research Help Now is made available free of charge to all patrons of the Michigan Community College Virtual Learning Collaborative and to the communities of the seventeen community colleges through the U.S. Dept. of Education FIPSE Grant awarded to the Michigan Community College Association.
