Organizational Effectiveness at DALNET

Friday, the DALNET staff participated in an all day seminar focused on organizational effectiveness. The session was led by Calvin Sun of Calvin Sun and Associates, Philadelphia. Mr. Sun, who has had employment experience as a systems programmer for IBM and other lead technical positions for various companies designed the course to help the DALNET staff continue to keep as their prime objective excellent customer service.
