Best Practices Workshop

The Wayne State University Library and Information Science Alumni Association (LISAA) presents a Best Practices Workshop:

Assessment: Improving Library Results, Listening to Your Users

Clara N. Bohrer, Director of the West Bloomfield Township Public Library and Past President of both MLA & PLA, will offer us a variety of techniques & tools to gather information from our users and improve our libraries. Program also includes breakout sessions on Blogs, Online Survey Tools, and Data in the Schools. Breakout facilitators include: Kathy Petlewski, Electronic Resources Librarian, Plymouth District Library; Nancy Galster, Honors Program, Wayne State University; and Roger Ashley, Executive Director of MAME.
