Bowers Selected for 2008 ALA Emerging Leaders Program[Fall 2007]The Director of DALNET, Steven K. Bowers, has been chosen to be in the 2008 American Library Association's (ALA) Emerging Leaders Program. This program started in 2007 and enables newer librarians across the United States to participate in problem-solving workgroups and networking with peers. Selected candidates have an inside look into ALA structure and an opportunity to serve the library profession in a leadership capacity. We are all very proud of Steven.
