DALNET Hosts New MUG Web Site[July 2006]The DALNET Board has agreed to host a new web site for MUG - the Michigan Users Group. The MUG Board asked DALNET to host a web site for the group so that members may more easily communicate information and so that potential members will have a way to contact the group. The web site is now available and will be updated in the coming months. Membership in MUG is open to all libraries or organizations which are customers of SirsiDynix, Inc. in the state of Michigan. Participation in MUG is voluntary and the purpose of MUG is " . . . to advance the proficiency of members in the use of SirsiDynix, Inc. products, to promote the continued enhancement of those products, and to promote the development of new products." Director of DALNET, Steven Bowers, stated "DALNET is pleased to provide this free service to MUG for the benefit of the Michigan library community."
